Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and ppp9 ("ppp9", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino information platform accessible at ppp9.cam ("Platform", "Site"). By registering an account, accessing the Site, placing a bet, playing a game or otherwise using any service offered through ppp9, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

ppp9 is an English-language platform designed primarily for users in Pakistan. We provide transparent information on sports betting, live casino games, bonuses and responsible gambling tools. All amounts on the platform are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) where contextually appropriate, and our interface is optimised for Pakistani users across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. ppp9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account, including real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds, each tracked separately.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a User subject to applicable wagering requirements and promotion-specific terms.
• "Content" means all text, images, graphics, data, odds, game outcomes, software and other material made available through the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a User's identity, age and source of funds.
• "Platform" means the ppp9 website, mobile-optimised site and any related applications or services operated by ppp9.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a User using a supported payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Services" means all sports betting, live casino, slots, promotions and other products offered through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be bet before it can be converted to Real Money Funds and withdrawn.

To open and maintain an Account on ppp9 you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator or license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Age verification documents will be requested and must be provided promptly.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
3. You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your jurisdiction permits such activity.
4. You must not be a politically exposed person (PEP) without prior written disclosure to ppp9's compliance team.
5. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director or close associate of ppp9 or any affiliated entity, unless explicitly permitted in writing.
6. You must not have been previously excluded from ppp9 or any affiliated platform through a self-exclusion or operator-imposed exclusion order that remains in effect.
7. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

Each eligible user is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all Accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information ppp9 requests for identity verification purposes. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password and login credentials. ppp9 will never contact you to request your password by any means. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify ppp9 support immediately.

ppp9 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods. Familiar local payment references for Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are listed on the Platform as informational context. Actual availability of any payment method is subject to the operator's payment processor arrangements and may change without notice. ppp9 does not claim endorsement, affiliation or partnership with any of these payment providers.

• Minimum deposits and maximum deposits are set per payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction in PKR.
• Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the operator's current withdrawal schedule. Processing times vary by method and may be subject to KYC completion.
• All transactions are conducted in the Account's designated currency. Where currency conversion applies, the applicable exchange rate and any conversion fees will be disclosed prior to the transaction being confirmed.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Where a third-party deposit is identified, it will be returned and the Account may be suspended.
• Withdrawals will, where possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit.
• ppp9 reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of whether full KYC has previously been completed.

All sports bets placed on ppp9 are subject to the Platform's published sports betting rules, which form part of these Terms. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity:

• Bets are accepted and settled in accordance with the rules applicable to the specific sport or event. For Pakistan cricket markets — including PSL, ICC tournaments, T20 internationals and domestic fixtures — event-specific rules apply and are available within the relevant market.
• ppp9 reserves the right to void or cancel any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where a market has been offered in error, or where there is reasonable suspicion of match manipulation or corrupt activity.
• In-play bets are accepted at the Platform's discretion. ppp9 may suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice, particularly during critical moments in a match or event.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per settlement period. These limits are displayed within each market and may differ by sport, event type and bet type.
• Live casino games are subject to the rules of the individual game software provider. Published RTPs (Return to Player percentages) are theoretical and apply over a statistically large number of rounds.
• ppp9 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific betting market, game title or live dealer table. Technical interruptions may occur without notice.

ppp9 offers welcome bonuses, reload offers, free bets and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published in full at the point of offer. The following general bonus terms apply across all promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn as Real Money Funds.
• Eligible games and minimum odds are specified per promotion. Bets on excluded games or markets placed below the minimum odds threshold do not count towards wagering requirements.
• Expiry windows apply to all bonuses. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered within the specified period will expire and be removed from the Account without compensation.
• Maximum bet rules apply while a bonus is active. Placing bets above the stated maximum while a bonus is in progress may result in bonus forfeiture and voiding of associated winnings.
• ppp9 reserves the right to modify, withdraw or cancel any promotion at any time. In such cases, reasonable notice will be given where practicable, and any existing obligations to qualifying users will be honoured.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash outside the applicable wagering pathway.

All PKR bonus amounts stated in promotions are accurate at the time of publication. Promotional values may be subject to currency conversion adjustments if applicable. The Platform will always display the current bonus value in PKR at the point of opt-in so users can make an informed decision.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ppp9 and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Where any prohibited conduct is identified, ppp9 reserves the right to void bets, forfeit balances, close Accounts and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Opening or using more than one Account (multi-accounting), whether in your own name or under any other name or identity.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification or any communication with ppp9.
• Using the Platform while underage or while subject to a self-exclusion or operator-imposed exclusion order.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes or system vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in or facilitating match fixing, insider betting, corrupt conduct or any activity that undermines the integrity of sports or casino events.
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools or any software to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by ppp9.
• Colluding with other users or Platform employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy or redistribute any Content or proprietary data from the Platform without express written consent.
• Harassing, abusing or threatening ppp9 staff, support agents or other users through any communication channel.

All Content on the ppp9 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphical design, typography, odds data, game titles, text content and underlying software — is the exclusive property of ppp9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, distributing or publicly displaying any Content from the Platform.
• Creating derivative works based on any Platform Content.
• Using any ppp9 trademark, logo or brand asset in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by ppp9.
• Framing or embedding the Platform or any portion of it within a third-party website or application.

Any unauthorised use of ppp9's intellectual property may result in legal action. User-generated content submitted to ppp9 (such as support messages or feedback) grants ppp9 a non-exclusive licence to use, store and process that content for operational and service-improvement purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ppp9 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to betting or gaming outcomes.
• Technical failures, connectivity interruptions, server downtime or software errors that affect bet placement, game play or account access.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
• Inaccuracies in odds, game rules or promotional terms caused by genuine human or technical error, subject to the right to void markets in such circumstances.
• Any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits ppp9's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

ppp9 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at ppp9.cam/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

In summary, ppp9 collects only the data necessary to operate your Account securely, process transactions, comply with KYC and anti-money-laundering obligations, and improve the Platform. We do not sell personal data to third parties. All account data is protected using industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.

ppp9 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a means of generating income, escaping problems or compensating for financial difficulty.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered users directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps in PKR to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Reality Checks: Regular on-screen prompts showing your net session position.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Account Cool-Off: Take a short break from the Platform without permanent closure.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting ppp9 support. Upon closure, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and withdrawal processing times.

ppp9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crime.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more, subject to applicable dormant account procedures.

Where an Account is closed by ppp9 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the Account — including Real Money Funds — may be forfeited where the breach involved fraudulent conduct, bonus abuse or violation of the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 8. In all other cases, verified Real Money Funds will be returned to the Account holder.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ppp9 holds its applicable operating licence. ppp9 does not represent that its services are legal in Pakistan or any other specific territory.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be subject to ppp9's internal dispute resolution process. You must submit a written complaint to ppp9 support before initiating any formal legal proceedings. ppp9 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a full response within 14 days.

ppp9 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered users via their Account email address.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.
